Hi! I’m Marinela, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a background in both psychology and nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree in each, and a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent six years working as a critical care nurse, which gave me a strong foundation in complex medical care and a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection. My passion for mental health started early, with my first degree in psychology, and has continued to grow throughout my career. I believe in a holistic, well-rounded approach to psychiatric care, and I value working as a team with my patients to develop personalized treatment plans that support their overall well-being.
